1. How do I go about buying online?

The process is very simple. Just browse through our online store. Add the items you are interested in buying into your online shopping cart. Once you're done, check out your items.

You will then submit your details and upon completion of the order, instructions will be given to you on how to proceed with payment.

2 .What payment methods do you provide?

c) PayPal or VISA/MasterCard processing thru PayPal

You can purchase on our online web store using your funds in PayPal or alternatively you can use your Visa/MasterCard Credit Card. Credit Card Payments are processed through PayPal gateway.

**No cancellation is allowed once order is confirmed and payment is made. We will refund you asap if your order is out of stock.
 

3. How do you ship your products and what's the cost?

a) Singapore Orders

We ship by Singpost Standard mail. The costs are Singpost standard rates which are borne by you, unless stated during the purchase. For registered mail, please add $2.24 on top of the standard mail rates.

littlehandprints is not liable for lost or damaged items during postage. Registerd mail is highly recommended.

Standard mail rate for 1-2 items: $1.50
Standard mail rate for 3-4 items: $2.55
For 5 or more items, we will advise you on the rates accordingly.
 

b. International Orders

5. What's your Exchange policy?

For Singapore purchases only.
Exchange is allowed if:
1. The size is too big or too small for your precious one.
2. Item is faulty (Please note that we are not liable for damaged item during postage).

Please return your order within 5 days of receipt. Item must be in original packaging and unused. We will only refund the postage cost if the item is wrong or damaged.
